In consideration of being permitted to participate in pottery classes provided by Fern & Fire Studio, I  agree to release and hold harmless:
Fern & Fire Studio and/or it's owner, from claims, demands, losses, damages, expenses, or liability arising from participation., including injury, illness, or property damage, including, without limitation, injury or omissions constituting negligence or gross negligence or facts or conditions that would give rise to premises liability, except where such limitation is prohibited by law. I acknowledge and agree to assume all risk associated with participation in Fern & Fire Studio classes and/or activities.
